Terms of use

1. Your licence

Each exam and marking scheme you set is licensed to you, or to your school when it is set under a school account. You may print it, copy it and use it with your own learners, and keep it for your own records.

2. No resale or sharing

You may not sell, share or give exams or marking schemes to other teachers, schools, exam vendors or websites, whether printed, as files, in WhatsApp or other groups, or retyped. Every paper carries a code that shows which account set it.

If you want to supply exams to other schools, contact us about a reseller licence.

3. Your account

An account is for one teacher. Keep your password to yourself. A school account covers the teachers its head teacher invites. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, including resale, without refund.

4. Payments

Prices are in Kenya shillings. Exams you buy are yours to use until they run out or, for a monthly or term plan, until the plan ends. Payments are not refunded once exams have been set, but if a payment goes through and the exams do not appear, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Checking the paper

Every question is checked before it reaches you, but you are the teacher: read each exam and its marking scheme before you print it. Mark anything that needs fixing so we can improve.

6. Your information

We use your name, phone number and email to run your account, send your codes and receipts, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your information.
